With over 25 years of real estate experience and a proven track record to back him up, Dave’s list of accomplishments is lengthy starting with over 400 apartment and mobile home park resident units under management, having closed more than 300 traditional real estate escrows and has refurbished and sold more than 200 traditional “flips”. Dave was born and raised in Southern California, is married with 3 children and when not thinking about real estate spends every other waking moment enjoying his family being super active doing water sports to desert sports and everything in between.
